- 48 Hrs Refund Policy - 100% refund will be made on all cancellations made 48 hrs prior to the arrival date. Check-in time is 13:00 hrs. The GST is non-refunded.
- Cancellation Policy - Room Rate + GST will be charged for all cancellations made after 48 hrs from the arrival date (before 48 hrs, 2 days). Check-in time is 13:00 hrs.

- If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit/debit card (or original method of payment).

- HOTEL SAHAR INTERNATIONAL does not oblige for any failure by HOTEL SAHAR INTERNATIONAL to comply with these Conditions where such failure is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
- If HOTEL SAHAR INTERNATIONAL disregards any rights available to it under these Conditions on one occasion, this does not mean that those rights will automatically be waived on any other occasion. If any of these Conditions are invalid, unenforceable or illegal for any reason, the remaining Conditions shall nevertheless continue in full force.
- You are completely accountable for all charges, fees, duties, taxes and assessments arising out of the use of the Site.
